Villain is not the best player in the world, but is ok. I haven't ever seen him do anything totally donkish, so his raise on sixth is very strong.
Anybody lay down on 7th? Would hate for him to have 88 in the hole or some low with straight draw on 6th if I layed it down.

Call every time. You are in steal position so he could legitimately think your hand isn't as strong as it really is.

Seriously, do you really think he has 45678 80% of the time? If so he missed a ton of value on earlier streets and is fishy and you need to follow him everywhere he goes. Few hands make sense here for a strong opponent and, honestly, if I respected his play I would strongly consider 3-betting 6th as I expect him to have 2 pair/trips a lot here and you crush those.

Hmm. Except for his failure to raise 4th his hand really looks like 456.

I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone raise 6th showing 87 into your board without having a straight.

Still the failure to raise 4th casts some doubt... Then again he might not realize how strong 4567 is against your range on 4th.

I think if you knew the opponent a fold could definitely be possible.

Three betting sixth is awful. Do you see my board? It is scary as [censored]. He knows that he can't have made a better low and a better made hand than me unless he has 56.

folding in this spot would be without a doubt absolutely incredibly horrible. Please don't ever do this if you like money. This is about the easiest call in the world. Villain can have about a gabillion things that you beat like a busted FD gut shot, lower trips etc.

Your board's not that scary. You have a possible low with an ace up. There are a bajillion things you could have here and 2 pair has good equity against a steal range. If you have an aggro image he may think you are just betting your board and make a thin value raise with lots of hands.

It's player- and opponent-dependant anyway. One of you must be really nitty for him to check-call 4567 on both 4th and 5th. It's hard for me to give him 56 here b/c of that. I can see him trying to do a free showdown raise with something that can beat AA but can't beat AAA though. Do you think he would raise with a low + FD here?
