Oh, and I always shake hands, but I don't offer, but I always make sure to wish the table the best and thank them for playing.

I shake hands when I bust someone or when I bust out at the final table. Other than that I only shake if they approach me. Otherwise when I bust I just stand up and say "Nice hand, good luck everyone."
