Yeah, I like a c/r much better than a bet.
With a bet, they might call and we wasted $$. With a check, we might get a free river, and if they bet, they are far more likely to fold than if we lead.

Bet, check/call and check/shove all have their merits and should be applied depending on opponent. An unknown at 100NL I'm assuming never folds a K, and only sometimes a T, so I like a check/call. Lead is ok since they peel the flop soo light and often fold any turn, I like crai least.
