[ QUOTE ]
In lieu of a substantive update from Brian:

I walked by Bobby's Room on my way to the cashier after my $2/$5 game got ugly (about two hours ago). Didn't get a chance to count chip stacks (I had a bad angle, and didn't want to openly gawk). It was just Brian and Sammy playing. Brian had his poker face on, and Sammy's back was to the door.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, I guess if Brian had his poker face on, this can alleviate any suspicions about them playing Monopoly.

I don't see what's so hard to understand about rooting for Brian. He's a 2p2er who has helped some of us with our games via the CR videos. Plus he seems to be a decent guy. No one is saying his results prove anything.

I just love how all of you online guys love talking about sample size to determine how dominating one player will be, then its someone you guys like and 4 sessions makes him the live game king, I just love knowing everything that is said here majority of the time is based on a posters preference for that player, used to think pocket fives was horrible in its [censored] sucking of certain players

[/ QUOTE ]

O rly?

[ QUOTE ]

no offense but these results prove nothing either way. They probably played 600-700 hands over the past two days and Brian is up like nine buyins at a super aggressive game.

All,

"I was up 1.2 million, then down to +400K, then back up to 1.8 million."

1.8M win is huge, and SICK SICK SICK, but it's really not nearly as big as it sounds in relation to 1K/2K/4K PLO. That is just an INSANELY huge game.

While it seems like Brian definitely has what it takes to sit in this game, at the same time I think a lot of you vastly underestimate how easy it would have been for him to end up down 500k or a million instead of up almost 2M

[/ QUOTE ]

[ QUOTE ]

I wish this game went on for a year.
These swings could have easily gone anyone's way.
While I agree SB had a sick session, this by no means proves anything.

[/ QUOTE ]

And a couple more.

Also online players pwn live players cos young people are smarter than old people.
