my hunch is that they have frozen his acct by now and won't let him do this.

However, if he can still transfer the winnings to someone else then this is definitely an option he should look into.

The fact that everyone (including me) believes OP is a sign of just how shady Prima is.

Yes Prima SHOULD be blacklisted.

This is 100% legit and I will post the email they sent me once this is or isnt resolved.

Also, what does a complaints procedure mean? How do I do it?
Anything I should do or tell them? I sent them an email and they said they would review the situation but im 90% sure this will remain unsolved.

Does their T&C say anything about players from the following countries are not allowed to play on our site?

This situation is analogous to someone who is underage going to a casino and winning a slot jackpot. If the casino finds out they are underage they don't pay.

The difference is that gambling ages for various locations are usually very well established and the underage gambler is aware they are underage. In your case it seems like there was no reason to suspect you could not play on this site. The site had an opportunity to inform you of this when you created the account and didn't. They also failed to remove the country from their script and left it listed. There is no excuse for that.

The problem though is depending on what legislation led to this site not allowing people from your country to play the site may actually be legally bared from giving you the winnings even if they wanted to. I would ask them if they will allow you to transfer your funds to a friend who does not live in your country.

Prima should be blacklisted? Surely you mean Rednines(?)

FWIW I've played at plenty of sites on their Network, with varying degrees of effectiveness from their respective support personnel.

If you have a problem (that cannot be resolved via the Operator site), I'd suggest that if all else fails, going to eCOGRA about it (http://www.ecogra.com/). I don't think there's a site out there that would want to be blacklisted by them.

Also, why are you asking an anonymous forum what the site means by "complaints procedure"... if you're unsure, I'd have thought the best people to ask were the ones who have quoted it in the first place
