I think sets are only a small % of his range here, he will have JJ/QQ/AKcc kinda hand more often than a set

None of those are a definitive fold, but JJ is probably a fold, QQ is probably a call, and KK+ is a fist pump call.

I call here all day. This is not the usual way to play a set and if he`s a nit he is unlikely to hold something like T7 unless he`s on tilt.
A strong ace with 2 clubs is what you`ll see very often here and as you are even ahead of TcXc and JJ,QQ an KK will show up very often as well, you just have to call.

I always call with KK here easily.
QQ is close but I tend to calling here as well (call for sure with the Qc).
JJ might be a fold.
