Default No love for horseracing?

Im surprised horseracing isn't popular on this forum. In the UK/Ireland theres never been a better time to back horses than right now.

The fierce compitition between the bookmakers over here has lead to "early prices" being available on every race. Most races have overrounds of less than 5%, sometimes much less.Add the exchanges to the mix, and a random selection is almost neutral EV.The days of having to combat a 17% overround are long gone.

So why no love for one of the greatest gambling mediums?

Edit: Doh! just noticed the Breeders Cup thread. But why no day-to-day love?
