Default Basic Question, Two Pair Facing River Bet

So, I just have kind of a basic question about these types of hands. This is a snap-call on the river right? I mean it seems to be a pretty obvious hit draw. The villian is pretty much an unknown, he literally played 11 hands total at the table before going broke. At what bet size (if any) does this call not become standard (if it is).

Help a NL Newb out, thanks.

If he is a known draw chaser with a very high vpip and very very low af, I could fold to a 1/3 PSB.

Vs a normal villain id probably call up to a 2/3 PSB mayb a PSB and insta fold to a shove.

there no fold here. If anything you could raise. villian never has Q9? 89?...his bet is weak. You are ahead here a ton.

Never ever fold here, it's either a call or raise. If villain wants to bet less than half the pot for hitting his KJ/(J8/86 less likely) then kudos to him. In this hand I just call the river, you've shown strength on 2 streets yet villain donks the river.
