I do not believe they wanted to change the past or else they would have just gone back 3 years earlier and run over Morse with a car.

But she says "I'm the insurance" or something alike. So he might be right and this means the terrorists don't win.

I guess The Great Escape partially qualifies because most of them either get recaptured or killed. [/ QUOTE ] Meh, I think it counts as an Allied win because of the sheer scale of the effort the Germans had to put in to recapture them (which was a big part of the reason they want to escape soo badly).

Kevin spacey does get Brad Pitt to shoot him (wrath as a sin) but he does get killed. so he wins but then he dies so not really.
