this is where i would start to get very concerned. you beat absolutely no other nine, so i would either check-call or bet fold. once he calls my flop check-raise, there are hardly any circumstances, outside of a deuce falling, where i would call a raise of any of my bets.

the 9s were on the flop, you told him you have a nine, he doesn't care.

Yeah, I shoulda put more history with this one I guess. I accidentally clicked check, and since we'd kind of been playing back and forth on a lot of hands my mini-raise on the flop was trying to bait him into getting some more money in. I kind of expected a re-raise right there, actually.

no, the donk raise followed by the pot-sized bet on the turn, followed by the 3/4 bet on the river told him you had three nines.

i could care less about the donk raise on the flop and i like the turn and river, but you will get shown a worse hand a very, very low percentage of the time here.

Flop is atrocious. As played river is an easy fold, unless villain has super high river AF numbers (and even then I'm strongly considering fold).
