Don't change a thing. If you had some read that said he probably wouldn't 3bet the river with 2pair then call the river 3bet, but against an unknown I wouldn't fear the bs straight when there are various bs 2pair/set combos out there.

Um, none. As stated in an earlier post, maybe the river if you have a read on the bet/3bettor. Basically, until the 3 bet, the hand plays itself. The only marginal question is whether to call or cap (maybe whether to call rather than raise if you have a read that the bettor is super passive)&gt;
