Default 25NL. preflop question with 66.

UTG raises to $1.
everyone folds to me. i am with 66 on BTN. eveyone at the table has 100BB.

UTG is tight and for 50 hands at the table we didn't play a single hand against each other.
i am playing very tight, but I have 3-bet raiser and callers twice. once i took down with AA and once i won a big pot with QQ as overpair.

blind seems tight.

what is my play and my plan for the hand?
i rather can't call for set value, but i believe this should be +EV position for me.

Why not?
You would have to commit 4% of your stack preflop, and the general guideline says that you can profitably call for set value preflop any time it will cost 5% or less of your stack.
