Met a woman in Vegas back in May. Totally good hook-up as she gets compted 1k rooms at the Venetian or Bellagio whenever she comes which is nearly every month. Won 100k at Bel playing BJ and also plays poker, but losses alot.

Anyway she is pretty hot so I initially took advantage of the situation. We talk over the phone a bit and she decides to come to Detroit, but for week. I said more like a long weekend. All we have in common in poker really and thats about all we do, besides has sex.

She brings 1k and losses it in the first day playing 1/2 NL. She goes the withdrawal from ATM but can only take out $500 every 24hrs. She asks to borrow money which she repays, and then she asks again. Currently she owes me $200, which is nothing to her, but means something to me.

Anyway, I absolutely hate taking women to the casino. Its a drag. If they don't play poker they dont want to sit around all night and you have time constraints. If they do, like she does, they want to stay after you agree to leave. I downright embarresed her last night. I said we are going at 1am. Well I get involved in a big pot right around that time, win it and rack up. Around 1:30 am and I come over to her and say lets go. She says one more hand, I agree. Then she says one more hand again and I get pissed. So effen inconsiderite of the fact that I have to get up for work the next day and am tired from being up late the previous night. This is generally why I do not play during the week.

So I have decided that women pretty much are the rake and they generally do not mix well with poker. When I go to play I want to stay as long as I want and leave when I want. That is part of the strategy in a way. I have decided that i even prefer to go to Vegas alone, because other people get in the way. I want to play poker, eat, and sleep - that's it.

SO I confirm to other out there that is takes a hell of a woman to confirm your poker playing habits. My ex called poker the "other woman" and, in fact, it was. Thing is I'm more loyal to poker than I will be to any girl at this point.

i don't think poker is the other woman, it's probably the fact that you haven't succumb to the pussyfication of men. i say you take her home for one more round, and while she's still got your man juice on her chin, stand up and in the best john wayne voice you can muster, say "i'm through with you, leave the money on the dresser."

most men that haven't been broken down by society and the pussyfication movement have the unyielding desire to do what they want, when they want, how they want. that's the way it should be..... you have testosterone producing testicles, use them.
