Default 5-10 PLO deep: Bottom 13 out wrap faces heat

Player A limps in EP with 2600. Tight aggressive.

Player B raises to 50, the max bring in with T987 single suited. Player B has 7000 and is directly left of Player A.

Player C calls 50. Player C has 440. Player C is loose agressive and is directly left of Player B.

All fold to Player A, who calls 40 more.

Flop is QJ3 rainbow.

Player A checks.

Player B bets 150 with his 3 card bottom wrap (13 outs to a straight, 3 nut outs). No backdoor flush draw.

Player C goes all in for 390.

Player A check-raises the pot to 1500. He has 1050 behind.

Player B?

Getting 1:1 for 1190 on the side pot with ~2:1 implied odds.
Only 3 nut outs. Dominated if facing KT9 or AKT. Decent shape v. QQQ & JJJ.

How bad is it for Player B to call here?
