Did you have any reads? Against a normal player I'd 3bet the flop.

uhh yah the three bet might be nice if you think he drawing which i doubt. id say hes got the q so i liked the way you played it. he c/rs in early pos meaning trying to protect his hand. if he bets the turn we get to raise and if he doesnt we still bet.
very well played

*grunch from the cheap seats*

Another AQ or OESD(79s) or KQ seems the most logical choices here. What reads do we have on UTG+1 here. I think its highly important for me to start thinking on the range of hands this guy can call with preflop from early position.

I would be careful of a few cards now on the river without the read on the UTG+1 here, I don't like ten's or five's and I don't like a diamond.

I had not long sat down - he's only in my PT for 100 or so hands VPIP about 36. I look at it now and figure him for KQo perhaps?

Yeah those are really scary cards. Especially the [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] would make me sick...

bet if checked to on river- of course- even if a "scare card comes"
like i said hes not narrowing the field and then donking the turn on a draw utg. unless he used to ride the short bus to school. hes got a q play accordingly, id say qj or kq. and either way get some cash of that hand bro.

Hey! The guy doesn't like diamonds, so who are we to say that he should? I mean we need to take a "to each there own" attitude here and if Smurph wants to muck the nut-flush I say, "More power to you brother!"...and, "Where do you play, what is your name there, and which days do find you have the most frequent trouble reading the board?"
