i either shove the flop or fold, because there are so few turns that improve your hand significantly (only a T and that isnt even for sure and a diamond).

i don't understand the value in shoving here - what hands is he coming along with besides a flopped flush or the case 10?

I agree. I think check/calling turn and river is best. Downside is some missed value from a check/check on river if we are ahead.
