Relaxing 'The Lounge' for the holidays... WEEEEEE!

Okay, as the site is traditionally slow over Christmas and this is one of the quieter forums, and also because it is a time for fun and relaxing, us Lounge mods have decided we're going to allow some 'Coffee Break'-type threads in the Lounge during the holidays until past new year's day.

'Coffee Breaks' are more relaxed threads, where the 'content is king' rule isn't applied (the rest are, though). Examples:

Those people that got nominated here get a 'Coffee Break' of their choosing, or may pass it onto another regular as they wish:

Those awarded a free coffee break are those nominated in one of the threads for 'best posts'/'best poster'/'best thread' and are the following posters:

Ok now that Christmas is over I have time on my hands to invest in this cool project. I will now waste the remainder of my vacation contemplating what topic would make for a really good Coffee Break thread.

I will stress about it until I've removed any possible fun that could have been found in this.

hmm, that's actually not a bad idea. I definitely think you should start a thread on this mattw. What kind of artwork? I only have really poor quality photos. You talking about our own artwork?

About these Coffee Break threads - can they be completely pointless and unchallenging or should they have some semblance of depth to them?

I am actually stressing out over this responsibility! I realize it's dumb. I was sort of the one who demanded them and now it is apparent that I don't understand what they are [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

The free ones given out, between now and 2nd January - anything that doesn't break the rules is fine (remember the 'Content is King' rule is waived for these).
