Rake Query

I am about to make the move to online poker but do not really understand how I go about getting rakeback.

I will be depositing $1200 in the next couple of days and would like to play at either party or titan but am open to other suggestions. I will initially play .25/.5 and playing upwards of 7k hands per week.
