Default Moving to LA from Philadelphia, need to move alot of stuff, advice?

I am moving from Philadelphia, PA to Los Angeles. I need to move two beds, and a variety of smaller things. I am thinking of renting one of those moving boxes. Does anyone have any advice or better ideas? I appreciate it.

sell the beds and get new ones and ship the little things. or just rent a uhaul one way and drive out. you can tow a car behind it.
unless you have alot of nice stuff it may cost more than its worth to have someone else move it for you.

I have moved from FL to CA and back within the past few years.

Sell everything and buy new stuff in your new city. The only reason to move your stuff across the country is if you have really nice stuff.
