Chuck, are the concepts in this book only for linit games or can it be used for no limit as well..

Awesome review by Chan, but I think he's wrong that book will sell big time. It'll make money even if the ban hurts everyone's sales.

Amazon just wrote me and stated this won't be shipped out until mid January. (I use Amazon due to GC balances)

Hopefully that is incorrect.

It's probably correct if you chose the free shipping option. I placed an unrelated order last week which they say won't be delivered until after xmas. So if MOP won't be released til end of Nov -> delivery mid Jan. You could try asking for expedited shipping.

That seems consistent with our expected shipping date and the travel times to them.
