i am folding this, u only beat a bluff. U have A of h so theres not many semi-bluffs that might do this (like Ah7h)

Okay so just so i can get this right... is this how you guys would go about this?
First we think what his range is to limp behind in CO (he would prolly raise med/big aces / med/big pp's), then call when he KNOWS its HU, and he's OOP. Good players know that sc's dont play well oop, but that pp's do. So if hes a decent player we pretty much put him on small / med pocket pairs? I mean i dont think we can get his range this small but pretty close? Did i deduct that correctly? So now before the flop even comes we can pretty much assume that when the flop hits, he will hit a set and stick around or miss his set and go away. So in a very general sense, we can bet the flop and if he gets trickey or sticks around, we can know we are behind. (obv im not talking a 3 spade or 555 flop, but for the most part). So if thats correct... should we c/f after he calls our turn bet? lol. Or at least check behind the turn and just c/c river? |
