I think this is fine with villain's stats. You have a gutshot +BDFD even if your pair isn't good, which I think it is enough to push. Blind v blind vs a 70%VPIP (whose 1 agg is pretty high given he's playing 70%) I would just push with the 3bet rather than make it $60 though.
