Paris out of jail already

TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton has not only had her sentence cut short, she is already out of jail!

Unimpeachable sources tell TMZ the deal was sealed yesterday, and that Hilton made her exit early early this morning.

She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of three days -- the normal stay for a violation of this kind.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department will hold a news conference in an hour to discuss what went down.

LoL if a normal persoan ever had their sentence reduced after the fact like she did. Yee the laws are fair.

What a joke. My state, Arizona, offered to put her up in jail here to serve her full sentence if LA was overcrowded. Then they guaranteed that she would serve her full sentence and there was no need to send her to Arizona. I'm sure she'll be arrested again soon, though.

About 10 years ago my brother-in-law got convicted for a third offense for DUI and although he hadn't been sentenced yet it was likely he was facing about a year of jail time. He didn't want to do the time and fled to Georgia.

In Georgia he was able to get a drivers license and lived there with no problems. Ironic tidbit was that his trade is brick mason and the first job he got was working for a contractor putting an addition on a State prison.

After a number of years, he got homesick and decided to return to Mass and surrendered himself. We all thought they were going to really throw the book at him. He ended up getting 6 months sentence but when he went to be processed they told him that because of overcrowding they were going to give him house arrest and put an ankle bracelet on him and sent him home.

So, as much as everyone dislikes Paris, I don't think she got better treatment than an average nobody would have gotten.
