Default Thinnish River VB vs Solid Reg

Villain is a 26/22 solid regular. We have both been doing a lot of 3-betting so far this session. We both have been calling pretty light in position.

$1500 Eff Stacks
5/10NL (6-handed)

Pre-flop: Hero is CO w/ J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Folds to hero who opens for $35, SB raises to $125, Hero calls $90

Flop ($260): 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero bets $205, Villain calls $205

Turn ($670): K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero checks

River ($670): A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero bets $425...

Comments on all streets appreciated.

If you like the river, would you do the same w/ TT?

Don't like this one either. These moves are better with non showdown hands. TT is no different than JJ in this situation.

Don't like it, checking behind seems so much better. How do we honestly expect to get extra value here.

That is exactly what I want to hear too. I really only think we are behind QQ here. A very small % of the time it could be A7 or an oddly played set.
