New to PokerAceHud, completely not working

I just bought PAhud and set it up just as explained in the tutorials.

However i am getting nothing

I get (in the bottom right) VP$ - N/A
PFR - N/a
Pot - "pot size"

This is after playing a session over 25 hands (even tho i changed the min-requirement lower then that anyway)

I have no idea how to fix this, as their site really doesnt have much trouble shooting, and it is set up as explained.

Any ideas?

I have XP home

Uncheck any filters you may have set. Options->Preferences->Filters

Select/highlight all of your databases. Options->Preferences->Databases->Holdem

If you continue to have problems, enable logging, open your poker client, play 20-30 hands on a single table then send me the PAHud.log file via the PokerAce Support system. We'll get it working... [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

The site is down since 2 days, i bought it thursday, but there was an issue on there end or something. Now i still haven't PokerAce Hud and I can't check/email them because there site is down...

I am not sure what you mean. The http://www.pokeracesoftware.com website has not been down and is currently not down.

It is not working for me on this computer, My friend says it's working on his computer and that he can see the website.
He took a look for me at my support page, but there is still no update on support since Sep 19. How can I come in contact with someone from support? I'm waiting for my key since wednesday [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

PAH using poker tracker database. You must:
1. start tracker
2. start importing hh.
3. Run PAH

Do you have Pokertracker importing hands?

Sorry if that sounds like a stupid question but you wouldn't be the first would-be user of PAHud who didn't realise you also need Pokertracker.
