Default 16$ - Minraise and coldcall, oush AQo?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG (t3500)
MP (t3510)
Button (t570)
SB (t3885)
Hero (t2035)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to t300</font>, MP calls t300, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero ?

UTG was sth like 60/30, but only over 20 hands (where he has been chipleader most of the time).
First thought was "What a standard push" but then I wasn't too sure anymore.
