A combination of my wife constantly asking me "why are you always on that message board?" repeatedly at the time I was POGGin it up and the fact that the last few games I played I didn't feel I put in the effort the game deserves and didn't feel like I wanted to put it in anymore.

Durron hit me up today and I may be back in pog for a few games sometime soon.

I was a college kid that got invited to private game and lost, loved it, read a few books and started playing a ton of live 1-2 NL, 4-8 limit, 1-2 PLO and got hooked. Eventually I moved to online and played random games before I found 2+2 and learned SNGs and ground them out for a while. Then I took a shot at PLO cash games with my short bankroll when party opened 5-10 tables and won 40k in a week and decided poker was more important than school. At that point I decided I wanted to play the WSOP and needed to learn MTTs and started playing them a bunch. Things took off for me online when I won my first WSOP satellite I entered and had several decent tourney scores. From there it was all tournaments all the time and I eventually made it big enough to move to the live tournament circuit. (sorry if that wasn't brief enough).

Surrounding myself by players that were better than me at an early point in my career and never feeling satisfied. I've never gotten to a point where I don't want to improve my game/learn something new.

He doesnt have a dirty history really. He was a valuable poster for a long time, then didnt post for a while due to miscommunication on my end mostly and is now back because he can add a lot here and people wanted to see him do a well, and rightly so.

I tried coaching for a while and I really feel like I'm an awful teacher. I have a problem communicating my thoughts clearly on some things and it got to the point where I felt guilty for taking people's money.
