400nl: TPTK versus Aggro Regular

V is a regular at 400/600 at party.
22/19/3 ish. we have a history of 4 betting light, bluffs post flop etc. He is capable of bluffing big.

his range after on the turn is pretty wide, and that 2 is as safe of a card as I can ask for, so I lead. Don't want him to see a free card.

on the river, he prob either a OP or flush draw, or maybe a weaker 9. I think the weaker 9 would check behind. His range is pretty polorized i think between FD and Overpair. or am I missing a group of hands? what should one do here?

I agree. PF sucks. 3-bet or fold imo. I think i call river... not too sure though

i could see him either bluffing or value betting here, but i think he's bluffing a high enough % of the time that a call will be profitable here if he's as aggro as you say.
