-----like a $25k or $35k car in the FPP store

Which one would you like to see?

Future Supernova Elites #9 and #10 both have 968,000 VPPs as of today. This week the VIP Store received purchase #3 and #4 for the Porsche.

Is it possible we can have a choice between any model for a 25k or 35k car?

And what does that mean for european players? Do we get the dollar value or car value in this case?

That was actually a question I had earlier. I have no interest in a $25-35k car but I would be interested in something more upmarket.

1) Could you use concierge for something like that or is there an upper limit?

2) Would you get the normal concierge rate of 0.0165/fpp or the car rate which appears to be 0.02/fpp?

This is my main concern if I were to get a car through Stars. I don't necessarily want the Porsche, but if I instead got a similarly priced car through concierge at the 0.0165 rate, you'd be throwing away $10,500 you could have gotten at the 0.02 Porsche rate.

I would love the option to select a model in the 25k-35k range.

I would also love the rate of .02.

Agree with this. I'd love to have some choices in vehicles, and would likely make it a goal to earn enough points next year for one.

Well the way I understand it Stars wires the money to a dealer. So I think if they offered a car in the $25-35k range you'd have some options so long as you stayed within the chosen automaker.

Which is actually a question I have about the Porsche. I have no interest in a Cayman but I might be interested in a Cayenne. My understanding is Stars just wires $60k to the dealer. Can someone who is willing to pay the extra $35k get a better model or does Stars have an agreement with Porsche that requires buying a particular model?

I think they are willing to wire money to a Lexus or BMW (and others) dealer as well, but the main point I'm worried about is at what rate they'd be willing to do this.

I have a brand new Lexus IS350 (which is awesome BTW), but the IS-F is on the way and should cost a similar price to the Cayman S and it'd be awesome if I could get one for the same # of FPPs (3 million).

Yes..good points here that we've touched on before.
But then had to kind of put on hold when Henry17 was told to wait while the concierge service was under review or whatever.

There was some point earlier that I think Scottyy made where he indicated that the 1.6c rate for concierge would be consistent no matter how large you went.
But there's no way you should consider getting a car at 1.6c via concierge when other cards are available at 2.0c.

It seems logical that for such a huge purchase as a car Stars could consider at least a 1.8c or higher rate.

Maybe have a tiered structure for concierge.
1.6c minimum for $1k and higher or whatever their minimum is.
1.8c if your item is $17k or higher.
2.0c if your item is $35k or higher.

Something approaching that seems fairly reasonable to me and also isn't too far off what they already do with some of their other items I think.
