See, guys...long ago, we had these things called "typewriters", which had no italics or bold print. In such archaic times, we used caps to indicate a title, as per instructions. You'll notice (or perhaps you won't, being obviously a bit slow) that not all letters are capitalized, just the titles. Pardon my ignorance of your new fangled keyboard thingies.
