websites won\'t work
This might be the wrong forum but whatever....
Certain websites will randomly not work on my PC. Youtube is the main one. Sometimes it works fine, and other times it won't work for days at a time. Could it be by Internet service? There are other websites that do the same thing. Im in Japan if that matters.

The only time I had this problem, it was an ISP problem, but it wasn't so transient, so I think that makes it less likely.
Next time you can't access a site, use www.hidemyass.com to see if you can see the site through that.
