Let him bluff the river you're losing too much value of hand you crush by going ai and actually getting called by everything that you're behind.

Why would we raise the flop. Lets play some poker. we're at best 50-50. but i highly doubt it. we're 2:1 underdog most of the time here. and he folds everything we beat anyway.

Remember that you don't know the SB is about to check-raise it when you are donked into for $3 in a $21 pot.

You have mid-pair, NFD and the button - I really don't think calling $3 on the flop is the best play.
