Poker with a friend

Hey guys,

My buddy and I would like to play heads-up poker over internet, mostly for fun and to improve our skills. We dont want to pay rake or anything else to a poker site though.. I was wondering if there is a program for this? (i.e a program that you can connect to each other using IPs to play poker)

Can u set up HU tables w/ the fake money areas? Don't know, but I'm thinking that that would be the way to go.

If $$$ NEEDS to change hands... between friends... play with free chips and pay in person with real $$$ ( No Rake )

Bad news: pay $29.99 for the software
Good news: It's a very feature-rich software, nice UI.

My two buddies and I have had it for about a month now and have been thrilled with it. I am still searching for a similar software with games besides Hold 'Em, but no luck so far.

I'll admit we looked into playing with play money at a "regular" site, but the problem was that most sites wouldn't allow private play money tables.

With the software alternative we use, it's been nice because we can play NL tourneys for some quick action, or we can set up a limit game by customizing/tricking the blind structure.

We settle up our balances at the end of the month.
