Default c/f or b/f turn with top pair?

Villain is 44/15/1.17 (350hands)

Prima Network No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

Button ($144.11)
SB ($94.00)
Hero ($131.61)
UTG ($37.78)
MP ($18.14)
CO ($100.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $2</font>, SB calls $1.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $9</font>, Button calls $7, SB folds.

Flop: ($20) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $13</font>, Button calls $13.

Turn: ($46) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $22</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $68

I feel like this should be standard but I'm just not sure. B/f or c/f here?
and if he calls a bet, what if he bets 2/3pot on a blank river?

i think i prefer a bet/fold. if called you still have outs to the nuts. there are alot of hands you still beat, but if you check, he will take it away from you about 80% of the time.

I think, given his aggression factor, this is an easy fold. You might be folding the best hand sometimes, but thats poker.

yeah, flopbetsize is pretty bad. can we for the sake of the argument assume I cbet 16$ because the situation stays the same and should probably be a standard line here a lot of the time.

thanks for responses so far, I appreciate all of them.

Yeah, bet more on flop. Pretty much pot. Turn... I like b/f 2/3-3/4 pot. I'm not putting anymore money in on river unless it's not a heart and he bets *really* small.
