Default Good Health and Nutritional Resource

There are tons of posts about health and nutrition in this forum and, correspondingly, lots of advice, some good, some not so good, and much poor. Personally, I'm on the tail end of about a 100 lb weight loss experience and am currently making an effort to take my nutrition to the next level, beyond the focus of mere weight loss. In this endeavor, I came across the DRI Report. It's a comprehensive guide to nutrition and daily intakes with very little fluff. If you're at all interested in this stuff and want a solid foundation of knowledge, I think this is a great place to start.

I hope this post is worth its own thread. Admittedly, there is an abundance of these types of threads already floating around, but my intention is for this not to be appended to the end of an old thread that nobody will check out again. I hope that some of you can learn something here. Also, feel free to post more links to sites where you've found good, legit information on the subject.
