I don't fold this hand unless the turn comes 3, A, K or something crap like that. Shove if you think he calls worse, or call flop and call turn shove if you think he doesn't call much worse to a flop shove.

assuming you are not folding (i wouldn't), i think call and call is best because AK will follow through on this turn the majority of the time.

Cant see him RR you preflop with 22,44 or 55. His most likely hand ranges would be AA,KK,QQ,AKs and maybe JJ or 1010 given how he preceives your play.

I'd call flop bet and shove any non heart/facecard turn if he checks. However, if he pushes dont think you can call. This just might be a hand your going to lose a lot of money on.

Ran into this similiar situation last night 5/10. Raised UTG with QQ and donk in MP RR. Thought about pushing PF but stacks were deep so I decided to call with the intention of shoving any non A/K flop. Flop comes Jhigh and he shoves into me. Had to fold. I tabled QQ and he showed KK. If he would have checked he was getting all of my money.

So I think that if villian checks any non threatening turn your just going to have to give him all of your money. IMO

Its also a lot better b/c there are some turn cards that we can fold on/adjust our read of the situation and he will check/fold a lot if he is a light 3-bettor.

I think I like this line better than my original one. Whether we shove over his head on the flop or shove a non threatening turn if were beat were beat. But waiting to the turn also would give us some folding equity, NO? You would think he would fold out AhKh or even something AhQh or am I way off?

I like raising because you he might push with AK/AQ. A lot of cards on turn will make you second guess your hand and if he has 99-TT he will have a tough time folding because you could have AK/AQ.

I assume that given Button vs SB he is three betting light and you wanna play for stacks.
