Doyles room bonuses

Can anyone tell me a little about the doyles room bonuses?
Can you earn them at the micro limits?
Do they expire or is there a time limit?
Do they pay point by point, or do they pay in $10-$20 increments?

Any help would be appreciated.

They clear slowly, no time limit, and only pay in one lump sum.

it looks like clearing them at 3/6 limit short handed at 100 points per $1 is pretty darn good. $16 hr acording to BW.

Anyone know of anywhere to get extra kickback (PSO type site) from them to sign up?
