NOT lol. Why he would have a mortgage on his house when he says he has $20 million is beyond me.

And as far as rich people having a mortgage for the tax deduction? This is false. Paying huge amounts of interest is not smart; the deduction you receive is just a discount, or a rebate.

Its not just for the tax deduction. You invest the money you would have used to pay off your mortgage. Even with conservative investments, its a better return on your money.
