I disagree.

Dryness/Wetness characterizes the likelihood of draws being out there, not the likelihood of the flop hitting someone.
You're more likely to shove an overpair on a wet board than a dry board for precisely that reason. If you're facing a lot of action on a dry board, chance are it isn't a draw and your one pair hand is behind. Lots of action on a wet board could be an indication of a strongly played draw.

There are quite a few possible straight draws on that flop which include quite a few hands that people are likely to see a flop with. QJ, J9, AQ, AJ, etc. So while it isn't the most drawy of flops, it isn't really a "dry" one either.

K72r is the perfect example of a dry flop. There are no straight or flush draws possible, and the K present on the board makes it impossible for anyone to have even a draw to two overcards. So basically I'm agreeing with your statement but disagreeing with your example of it. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
