Default QQ vs c/r on flop

Villain is 27/15/1,1 over 120 hands. On the flop, I was pretty sure, I had the best hand, but wanted to keep his A8, 87 etc in. I did'nt put him on a draw with this AF.

I 4bet or shove on the flop. As played, get it in on the turn.

I don't think a guy with an AF 1.1 raise/folds very often. If you think you are ahead, you might as well stick it in on the flop because a club could kill your action.
