Default mental focus drink?

Happens to me a lot.

I get to my computer, instead of playing poker, I start looking through 2+2, business stuff, looking at random sick real estate killing a lot of time.

not sure if a drink will even help in my case, but if I do get started I cant play sessions over 3 hrs (thats like 3k hands) really without losing focus, so I see it helping there. want to be playing 160 hrs (9-12 tabling) a month and need to work on my work ethic, mental focus, etc.

any thing recommended?

Not to sound off base but this is more a working out forum. But if I do remember correctly Daniel Negranu was promoting a shake of some shorts on his site that he said helped with his focus. I do, however, deal with the same thing from time to time but I just take some extra time away and try to stay off this site when I am trying to focus on playing my best.

Here's an article I found on it. I guess its more of a supplement. I don't know I've never tried it but I'm not a big pill guy anyways...

i use a powder called Power Drive sometimes, not sure if its what you are looking for but its a stimulant and is supposed to enhance focus/clarity etc...not sure if it does but i lift heaviest and feel good after taking it...

a regualr energy drink like spike or red bull might help as well...

I've used PD a few times and for me it does give a notable boost w/ concentration and mental endurance for 2-3 hrs.

I want to try more of these supplemints(sp)

I have tried Focus Factor and it was... interesting... It made everything really... quiet... Instead of your mind racing along all the time, thinking about a million different things, it doesn't, and you only really think about one thing at a time.

It was odd at first, but after a couple days you get used to it. I did build up a resistance after a couple days and had to increase dosage. Might be better if cycled.

There are others I want to try that don't include stimulants, but haven't gotten around to yet.
