65 has two ways of catching runner runner to win. AA has none.

Therefore, AA was drawing dead to 65 on the flop.

AA has a ton of runner runners to win. 2 on turn and river give it a boat.

The reason 65 is a favorite is because there's only one ace left in the deck but there are 6 cards that improve 65 directly, PLUS straight and flush potential. AA only has boat/quad potential (really unlikely) so odds favor 65 with two cards to come.
