For all you know, dmk has a government agency that sweeps up people guilty of suspicious activity and imprisons them indefinitely somewhere without access to due process or even legal counsel.

VR, the knowledge of OH having been shot and not killed still changed the way he played it out. Plus he was outted as an evil like D1 by nich. So its not a good starting point at all.
