V is 22/18/2.7 I haven't played that much against him, but i have been 3 betting him a decent amount of the time. Not over doing it by any means.

should i've just pushed the turn? or this this a easy c/f

Weird, I like c/c the most. You say you've been 3-betting him a decent amount, which means he's gonna be floating you a lot more. Hence, c/c is easily the best option. Also, I'm stacking off no matter what.
