Default AA HU on flop capped preflop nice flop - do I jam or play scared?

Hello all

First post here so be kind. Relatively new to poker and trying to build a bankroll starting at the smallest limit.

Wondering if I played it right. Preflop I think its a pretty standard raise 3bet IP and was quite happy to see it capped 3 ways preflop.

BB hasn't been at the table long maybe an orbit and dont think i've seen him show anything down so no real reads on the fella.

With his cap from the BB OOP and folded around to me am I right to jam the pot on the flop and turn. My thinking was if he capped preflop he could have a big overpair 99-KK and I'm looking to get as much value from the hand as possible. Is this the right line to take on the flop.

On the turn I was now loosing to 99 this was a possible hand that I put my OP on again. OP donked this street also so I was a bit confused - might he have gone for the check raise on the turn if he had filled up? Anybody slow donw here?

By the river the pot is quite big so I'm not folding. I'm only beating TT-KK which are all possible hands for the villian. I am concerned he's got a boat somehow but I think I have to call on the river.

Or do you think I have overplayed this hand? The only thing I'm worried about on the flop is 66 or a lone 8x with it being capped preflop and villian donking the flop this didn't make sense to me.

So my question is was my line right ie jam the pot with a big overpair or play scared of some crazy outdraw and loose value from another big pair?

Hope this makes sense as I say I'm relatively new so please be kind!!

I think I might have slowed this down a little sooner than you did. Like call down from villains flop three bet. Or at least not raising on the turn. Villains turn donk means business after you capped the flop.

Posting blind: I'm guessing you play scared.

Having read your post: ok, I'm lying. Your post is too long, I didn't read it. I did look at the hand. Looks fine.

Edit: ok, I lied again. I really didn't even look at the hand. Do you really think BB is capping preflop with 8x or 99/66? C'mon. Keep betting.

so what i'm reading is that y'all think this guy is stupid enough to 3bet KK on the turn, but not so stupid that he might coldcap (or misclick) with 9x, 8x, or 66?

Which is stupider, 3bet on the turn with KK or coldcap with 9x? What about leading, 3betting the flop with 9x, then doing it again on the turn?

Whatever this guy's holding, he [censored] up somewhere. imo it's MUCH more likely that he's [censored] up postflop with QQ/KK than that he [censored] up preflop and flop with 9x or [censored] up preflop with 8x/66.

I appreciate all you guys comments. I know my original post was tre long so I'll keep this short (or as short as possible for a waffler).

My thinking was along the lines off why would this guy 3bet with an overpair on the turn. Wouldn't he just call or c/c to s/d. I may be wrong if this is an effed up line to take as I say i'm a newbie!

Secondly you ask? "Do you really think BB is capping preflop with 8x or 99/66? C'mon. Keep betting." To be honest the type of play I have witnessed (at this level anyway - check) I wouldn't be surprised by anything!

My question is, is it wrong to stop jamming, loosing possible value, if you know your opponents are capable of a wide hand range preflop (and postflop) or do you keep jamming in the hopes that your OP has the most likely hand ie on the turn TT-KK? At what point does it become value betting or otherwise?

at .02/.04 i think they're equally likely.

NorthStar, any reads on villian yet? minus any reads I think you played it just fine. if he's shown any maniacal tendencies then i never slow down.
