Racial Abuse: What Action Will Paradise Poker Take?

Several players have taken to baiting me and racially abusing me. I have reported them to live support at Paradise Poker who say they will take action. Does anyone know what action Paradise will take?

They will likely get a chat box ban... which is the standard action across most poker rooms.

Do nothing. Usually the fish are the ones bitching and name calling. Large portion of the time someone takes someone stack they call you idiot, dumb F, racial slur, etc. Let them have there fun they just lost their stack!

How can random people racially abuse you on the Internet? I have no idea what race any of my opponents are unless they harp on about it.
