Default Wii Monkey Ball Defeated

Didn't get a chance to really get into it until yesterday but I've completed the single-player.

Did I get way better at Monkey Ball or is it a lot easier than the old ones? I finished all of World 8 in about an hour; in the old games there were some levels that I tried for an hour and then gave up and came back to another day.

My theory is they wanted to make it seem like the controls were better and really hard levels would have tempted people to think the opposite. Plus the addition of jumping took away more than it added in terms of diffuculty, imo.

Overall a lot of fun, but I wish it had been tougher. I guess I'll go back and get all the bananas. The old games were so hard that I never even considered attempting that.

There are 10 worlds not 8. One level in 10 is a monster. (10-5)

The game has already been completed. If you beat the worlds withouta continue you get a crown--this has already been done. I can guarantee that a crown for World 10 won't be done by many people. Getting all the bananas in every level has also already been accomplished by the same guy. You still have a long way to go.

To unlock world 9 you'll need those crowns for the first 8 worlds (beating each world without a continue) so get at it!

Haha, yeah, I knew about the Worlds 9 and 10, but I think just getting all the way through 8 counts as "beating it."

I thought you had to do all 8 worlds without a continue, doing 1 world at a time at least seems possible. Though even that would take an eternity I think.

I play too many games competitively to consider not beating the whole game as beating the whole game but maybe that's just me. Don't talk about how easy it was unless you finished the whole thing.

yeah, they have it set up so that you have to prove yourself on 1-8 before you can even play 9/10, which will be the truly difficult ones

go back and beat the worlds without continuing and then play 9/10 and then get back to us

Which multiplayer games are the best? I don't want to run through all of them to find them right now.

I think you have to pass all 10 worlds before you can say you beat it.
