Default championship omaha by cloutier

has anyone read this text? Any thoughts on it. I got it as a gift and have read a few pages. I know NOTHING about omaha so i dont have much to go on as far as it being a good read. also as a side note.. any thoughts on the game as a whole. (pot limit, limit or high-low)....I didnt seem to have any trouble transitioning into stud but this game seems like its in its own realm. anyway thanks for the help

I think it's better than not having a book at all but that's about the only good thing I'm going to say about it...

I do believe that Omaha Hi/Low (both limit and PL) are the most profitable games right now.

get Rolf Slotboom's Secrets of Professional PLO. Best PLO book out there by far.

Cloutier's books recommend a style that is far too weak tight IMO. Sell it while it's in new condition and buy Rolf's book.

Also get Omaha Holdem Poker, and Pot Limit and No Limit Poker by Ciaffone, I would recommend reading these and then reading Rolf's book.
