You'll see low pocketpairs here often, and sometimes TT+, especially if you folded to his pf raises before, then he may not want to ruin his premium holdings and decides to just limp. Then when he sees your raise, which is dream scenario for him, he pushes, expecting you to call.

Against random maniac i call with AQ+ and 99+.

I wouldn't say this is all that narrow of a range, but it's wide in way that almost everything is ahead of you. In my experience this could be any pair, and any big Ace as low as AJ. Excluding weirdo impulses to shove stuff you are ahead of, I would expect to always be behind to a pair or a dominating A here. Lots of opponents really love to shove pairs for stacks, it's not even that bad of a play if they're looking to get in a lot of matches an hour and get called w/ a slight edge.

I had a bad run recently where people were shoving for big amounts pre to my raises w/ AK and I was calling w/ AQ. I don't know if this is too results oriented, but I'm a lot less likely to call in these spots w/ AQ now b/c adding AK to their range of PP really dominates me. And opponents shove AK a lot pre much more than they do AJ or less (if you're talking about relatively even stacks).
