poor dwight. and i love pam even more for trying to cheer him up.

reminded me of that great scene from last season when dwight consoles pam when she's crying.

So am I in the minority or the majority when I say Steve Carell wasn't ALWAYS this annoying. The 1st two seasons he was extremely immature and joked around all the time...basically acted like a kid. Now he's condescending to many of the other characters.

In terms of being a good actor, I agree; he plays his part well. But in terms of not noticing that he managed to completely change his character around (and it can be argued that he purposely switched his portrayal of Michael to be more of an ass), I'm not sure what excuse there is for this.

Definitely one of the top episodes ever. For all you people hating the second half just reread this thread. At least ten quotes from the second half that I loled at just reading it again AND the Andy singing to Angela part will never not make me laugh.

haha, yeah, awesome detail.

i just watched it and really liked it-- though it did drag in the 2nd half; it just feels like it should end earlier-- but i can't articulate why very well right now.

I'm from the UK and was sceptical about the US version.

I now have every episode on my laptop and have watched each many times. Brilliant show, let's hope they don't ruin it (but with such great writers I'm guessing they won't)
